How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Due to the current high demand for our products, please allow us a delivery time between 15-21 working days.

The delivery time begins from the day on which the goods left our warehouse and were therefore shipped.

We are currently working on shortening the delivery time. Our stocks are currently limited, but will increase in the near future.

Is there a minimum order value or shipping costs?

There is no minimum order value in our shop and we deliver the goods to you free of charge.

What is the process for an exchange?

After you have registered your item with us for exchange, you will receive further instructions on how to exchange it by email.

You send the item back to our German warehouse at your own expense and we will send you the new item at no additional cost.

Where do I have to send the item?

If you would like to return an item or your order, you can send the item or your order to the address specified in the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.

In what condition must the product be returned?

The product must be returned in perfect condition.

If the item is returned damaged or dirty, we cannot reimburse you for the return.

How do I get a return label?

Unfortunately, we cannot issue you a free return label. However, if you order within Germany, we will ship your goods to you free of charge.

How can I cancel my order?

As stated on the website, cancellation of the order is only possible within the first 24 hours. However, if your order has already been shipped, even if it is still within the first 24 hours, then unfortunately cancellation is no longer possible. Unfortunately, we can no longer stop shipping here and therefore your order can no longer be canceled.

What happens if I refuse to accept my delivery?

If you refuse acceptance, the item will be sent to the address printed on the package.

This address is usually from an external packaging service provider who does not accept returns and the packages are therefore destroyed.

Therefore, a refusal to accept the package does not trigger an official revocation.
